I had the privilege to have Peadar as my teacher in 4th,5th,6th classes ( 1975 - 1978 ) in St Laurence's Kilmacud. Not only was he an amazing teacher he was a mentor to us all ( 48 in the class ). He nurtured my love for GAA which I still hold today. In later years, anytime we met we had a good laugh reminiscing about times past. He had a personality that just drew you towards him and reading other tributes it seems that this trait continued for the whole of his life. Rest easy Peader .... Ni bheidh a leithead aris ann
