Jenni and I had the pleasure of meeting Peter a couple of times — once in San Francisco in the ’90s and again during a lovely visit to Ireland in 2007. He was a kind-hearted and witty man, full of warmth and good humour.

Thinking of you all and keeping you in our prayers in these sad days.

In the past few days spent with Peter, I had the privilege of witnessing the extraordinary dedication and compassion of the staff, nurses, doctors, and administrative team at Marymount Hospice in Cork. The care they provided for Peter was deeply respectful, full of love, and truly selfless.
