So sorry to hear of the passing of phelim. Would often meet him and Mary at the 59 bus stop and phelim would often call down for chats with my dad and still called in just before Christmas to dad even when dad was not talking much he would still sit with him and chat. U can't keep good friends apart for long so hopefully they are back having their chats again now. Thinking of Mary and family at this time. RIP Phelim.

I have great memories of Phelim as a colleague in Dairy Inspectorate Department of Agriculture. He was my first boss when I started work in 1975. I very much appreciated his support and mentoring during those early days. He was a true gentleman, a professional and a pleasure to work with over my eighteen years working with Department of Agriculture.
