So sad to hear of this untimely passing of Dr. Phil. We will always remember the good old days back in Kuwait, when he was an assigned Lab Consultant where he met his lovely wife Cindy. Two years ago our XQ8 Cali group were able to meet him and Cindy during their visit in Palm Spring for a surprise group mini reunion…. What a joyful reconnection and bonding and most especially bringing home gift giveaways by our good friend Bueno our host .

I am so sad to learn of this news. I have been honoured over the years to have Phil as a work colleague initially, but as a friend, mentor, and golf partner many, many times. He was always an extraordinary font of knowledge on a wide range of topics and so able to relate to everyone, young and old. He was never shy to share an opinion on local or world events and did so with a great sense of humour. I will miss the catch-up chats and occasional banter over WhatsApp. My sincere condolences to Cynthia and family. RIP Phil.
