We always enjoyed Phil's company when we met him out socially back in the day. I would regularly meet him doing a bit of shopping in Hurleys in recent times and he would always be cheerful and make time to stop for a chat.

I never met Philip, but we are third cousins. I knew of him through his uncle and my 2nd cousin, Liam Dorgan. His many friends who wrote a condolence testify that he was a remarkably good man.
