I got to know Philip from my visits to the Intreo offices with my partner Monika. He was observant, but, not in an intrusive way. He was kind, courteous, approachable and always done his utmost to help you. In fact Philip made you feel like you were walking on air after you left that building because his nature was to be caring and considerate.
