Dear Lily & Joan,
We are so sorry to just now hear of Phil’s passing.
Such a lovely man, we always enjoyed his company when meeting him with Teresa and Jim on their visits home from Norwich
We are so sorry to have missed his funeral, but we had another bereavement at that time (our sister in law Bernie Kilgarriff) and did not know.
A real old stock of Navan, greatly respected.
May God comfort you in your loss and may his gentle soul rest in peace.

Joan so very sorry to hear of your dads passing he was one of lifes great gentlemen. He was a great man for a lift to town if you were running late for work "hop in quick" , i used to say he saved me from alot of late mornings on Trimgate street! He was a gentleman we admired greatly always immaculately dressed and who walked , always so erect a trait inherited no doubt from his time in the defence force. But his most striking feature was his beautiful smile and friendly demeanour which endeared him to all who who came in contact with him. Men of his ilk are not too common so his loss will be sorely missed by all and sundry. Rest in peace our friend snd may your gentle soul enjoy eternal rest.
