Rest in peace my friend Philip. I so enjoyed our chats and football banter and will always look out for your beloved Villa. I never had the pleasure of meeting your dearest Helen but I know you loved her so much and you just weren't the same since she passed. I know Fiona and Mark were also so precious to you and you constantly spoke so fondly of them both and Mark's family. I'm so sorry I can't be there with you all on Thursday and Friday but I know you will give Philip a wonderful send off.

My sincere condolences to Philly's entire family, both chosen and birth family. Many thanks to Fiona and her family for providing such great care and companionship to him. Philly was my father's (Terry) younger brother and our family emigrated to Canada. I had the wonderful opportunity to connect with Uncle Philly on my visits back to Ireland and always enjoyed his company.
