My deepest sympathy to Sean,Denise,Anthony and the Keegan and Farley family.Phil was a great neighbour to have,as was so many others on Kickham rd.I always remember the time Karen and myself stayed next door at 100,we had been in town on Sun night and decided to stay in Kickham rd instead of going home to Rathcoole.My mother Betty was away as it was a bank hol.Sean and Phil came home late and saw me peering through the blinds.Thinking I was a burglar they rang the guards who arrived within 10mins,Sean let them in,as he had a key,they ran up the stairs shouting and roaring,Sean had to explain I lived there.Neighbour Watch at its best,we laughed about it later.Brilliant neighbours,Phil was a beautiful lady.May she rest in peace.

My second mother, Phil's second son. That's what we called each other.
My guidance councilor for so many years. (Turns out she was that for many other people too). She always remembered everything. Birthdays and events, what a listener!
I phoned her often since I moved away. We would chat for ages.
I am so very glad that she was there to listen, I will miss her wisdom and her straight to the point advice and humor.
I remember all the summer holidays I spent with the family in Wexford, enjoying tinned meatballs for dinner in the mobile.
The trips to Kerry and the breakfasts in the farmhouse.
The outings on Sean's boat, even the great Cod we landed.
All great memories.
So very glad I got to see her in hospital just a few days before she passed and to be able to tell her my good news...
Together with her angels in heaven, now we can chat anytime. RIP.

I was so sad to hear of my Godmother Phils passing. She was a wonderful woman with an amazing sense of humour. She was also a great friend to my Mum and Dad and helped look after us when we were little. The last time I saw her, my daughter Ava was just a baby and I brought her over to Phils so she could meet her. We had a lovely chat about old times. Phil, rest in peace and say hello to my Mum and Dad for me.

Phil was a great friend of my mother, such a kind loving and fun person to be around. I remember good times growing up on Kickham Road with the clubs and pantos and Phils great personality. She was a wonderful neighbour to everyone. I always remember her sitting at the front door with Maureen in the summer and everyone stopping to have a chat and laugh with them. I met Phil over the years she was so welcoming. I have no doubt that all her friends from Kickham Road were waiting to welcome her to heaven Maureen, Sally, Ann, Laurie, Betty and my mam Grace. We will never forget her. My deepest condolences to Sean, Anthony and Denise also to Phils sisters and extended family. A shining star is in heaven may Phil rest in peace.xx

We are so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. She was always a laugh to be around. I have fond memories of the Isle of man and Wexford from mam and Phil going off for walk in the Isle of man and the two of them coming back in matching clothes and on a tandem (mam was never on a bike in her life). What can I say, you were one in a million, always there for me through all my ups and downs, you have been part of my life forever, from earliest memories in Cooley Road to sleepovers and midnight feasts with Anthony and Denise in Kickham Road. All our family holidays in Wexford, there’s just a million great memories not only for me but for my children too, so from all us here in my house, you rest now peacefully, reunited again with Nana, GaGa, Sean and all your friends in heaven.
