The whole Delaney family are so sorry to hear this sad news as Philomena and Tess (RIP) were a big presence in our family growing up. Philomena was our babysitter although I am only 2 years younger but we did not mess about with Phil. Also, Philomena worked in the Kiosk and good times although she would not let us have the odd extra bar of chocolate thinking of my Mam's profits. Phil and Mary brought me to my first concert (Leo Sayer). Sincere condolences to all Philomena's family.

We are so sad to learn of Phil's passing. Truly. I first met Phil in EBS in 1980 where she was a good friend and colleague. She was the epitome of a lady. I caught up with with her again some years later where we all had many a good day and night especially at the rugby - partiularly the apres international matches. Heartfelt condolances go out to Elaine and Jenny and all those who loved Phil. It was a pleasure to know her. Rest in Peace Phil.
