We heard this very sad news when we were on holidays. We loved working with your mother and she appreciated everything we done for her. We shared many moments and happy times with her. We all loved her as she was fun, kind, very spiritual and always looked out for those most in need. We extend our sincere sympathies to all her family.

Mrs O’Brien as she was fondly known by us. She asked me to call her Phylis but out of respect for this wonderful Dublin woman I couldn’t. Coming to Dublin from NZ she made our family feel so welcome and part of her own family. Her love for God, her family and friends impacted on us all. I last saw her at her 90th birthday party, laughing and full of life. Now she has gone through to glory, no doubt still laughing and even more full of life. My prayers will be for those left behind, all her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and all her great clan, that the God of love whom she knew will comfort you all.
