Sincere condolences to Gavan and all the Dunne family on the sad passing of Phyl. Our knowledge of Phyl was from Arthur's Knights. After Arthur's death Phyl continued her involvement at matches and dinners and was most faithful, showing great perseverance in her support of a cricket team of dubious ability. She will be much missed not just by her family but also by all the team members as well. A truly lovely lady. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.

Shocked to hear that Phil had gone to join Arthur. The cricket season will never be the same again.

We are very sorry for your loss, Lauren and Gavan and family. Phyl was kind to us, and clearly was very proud of you two, of June, and of her grandchildren. Much sympathy to all of you.

I was a regular in the Dunne household since the age of 5 and she was so kind, caring, friendly and very understanding of the antics of Gavan and I! May she rest in peace, reunited with Arthur.
