I met Phyllis at AnovoCare when visiting my friend Alasdair. What a lovely and elegant lady - so poised yet so friendly. I always left with a smile on my face after meeting her during my visits - and often a kiss on the cheek. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. Sincere condolences to her family and all her friends in AnovoCare.

I am very sad to learn of Phyllis' passing. I only knew Phyllis in her last few years when my father was living in Anovocare. Daddy (Alasdair) and I absolutely adored her. It was an utter joy to be in her company. Phyllis was the epitome of elegance with a sparkling and full of fun personality. She sat with me and gave me some invaluable life lessons. I am very grateful for the time I spent with her. My thoughts and sympathies are with all her family at this time. May Phyllis keep sparkling and rest in peace. Love, Clare

We were very sad to hear from Terri of her mother’s death earlier today. We always looked forward to meeting Phyllis on her many trips to Canada. She was always so beautiful, full of life and lit up the room with her presence.
