I’ll miss you Pierce.

We went to school together in Denmark street when we were kids. We had a great laugh. Pierce I’ll miss ya pal.

Sorry to hear of the loss , used to cut Pierce hair , such a wonderful lad ! Thoughts are with his family :(

So terribly sorry for your deep and shocking loss of Pierce, such a good and kind young man who I believe is at peace now in God's arms. When I was only a child one of my teachers said 'from the saddle to the ground was mercy sought and mercy found' and it always stuck with me how important compassion and forgiveness are for all of us.
Growing up next door to Brian and Sharon and parents Brendan and Valerie on Cedarwood Road, we always admired how you, the Byrnes, looked after each other as a strong family and that you reached out to your neighbours whenever they were in trouble.
Also Brian and Denise, Daniel and Ciaran, I think you can be very proud of Pierce, your son / big brother - he wasn't too shy to ask me and my Mam (Ethel) how we were after my Dad (Jim) died and he was quite surprised and delighted when the seemingly frail 96 year old was a little bit flirty with him and told him how handsome he was! The only other time we spoke was a couple of weeks ago when he cared enough to ask me how I was, having heard that Mam too had passed away within the last 12 months.
