Polly was such a beautiful, kind, funny and incredibly brave young lady. Gone much too soon but leaves behind so much too. May Polly find our beloved Ronan waiting for her with open arms.

Hi Mahin & Joe, I have decided not to attend Polly's funeral as it would be too emotional and you both have enough to contend with, without me crying my eyes out. She was such a beautiful young lady, when I met her at your dad's funeral and in work when you brought her in here. What can I say, you must be devastated!
Can I wish you every good wish for the future without Polly and also wish you peace at this very sad time...if that is at all possible!

Polly was a tiny little trooper right until the end, she will never know the impact her short life has made to so many, she was Braver than she even knew and Stronger than she should have even needed to be.
She will be sorely missed.
