With great sorrow we have learned of the sad passing of Purnell and we extend our sincere sympathy to her son, Patrick. Helen and I have very fond memories of herself and Michael during her time in West Cork, which we will always treasure.
So sorry to hear of Purnell's death. She was a lively, brave, smart and good looking woman, not shy to speak her mind. I miss her and remember her well in her healthier years. Much sympathy to Patrick.
Condolences, Patrick, on the death of your mother. She was a great character and a woman of many talents. She was a steadfast companion to my uncle Michael for many years. May she rest in peace.
