Some of my fondest childhood memories were in the Guinan family garden in Redemption Road with Rita and my own brothers and sisters, eating the Patsy Pops we walked down to Cahill's shop for. We were always as welcome there, sharing that special gift both families had, as Rita was in ours .

Maeve, Please accept my sincere condolences on Ray's passing. I am sorry I was unable to attend Ray's Funeral Mass this morning. I will always remember Ray as being a very kind, fair person, with a good sense of humour not atttibutes you find in many people today. His contribution to the continuing development of the ISIA and as a board member of the Private Security Authority will be long remembered.
