Only found out after funeral about Ray's passing, Ray & Breege brought a breath of fresh air and Craic from The Wee North to Monkstown LTC which will be remembered for a long long time.

We were so saddened to hear of Rays death . What a great guy he was.We we were blessed to have known Ray RIP.Thinking of you all at this sad time.

Our sincere condolence to Briege and family on the sad passing of Ray. It came as a shock to us both as we were away on holiday, only returning late last evening. He will be remembered with great fondness by those who knew him from his tennis days in Monkstown Tennis Club through the Eighties and Nineties. Denis and Madge Fogarty.

Very shocked and saddend to hear of Ray's death. A real character that I played many a mixed doubles tennis match with in MLTC and enjoyed trips to Belfast with for tennis return matches with MLTC .Sincere sympathy to all the family.

We all have such happy memories of him in Monkstown Tennis Club...where he served both as President and Mens' Captain. He was full of fun and always smiling...and was affectionately know as the 'Wee Cracker!" Our sympathies to you all on your sad loss.
