Raymond (Ray) Byrne

I have just heard the sad news today from my brother Maurice that Ray passed away in May. Can I extend my personal condolences to you all.

Ray was a great person/friend and he assisted me down the years in the Cabra area, he always helped me with the Christmas and Easter drops which I greatly appreciated. On the sporting side he and I use to discuss every kick of the ball in Croke Park on a Sunday afternoon.

He will be sadly missed. RIP

We were so sad to hear of Uncle Ray's death. When he visited us in Kildare, he would tell us stories, and I have such fond memories of him. My mam, his sister Sheila (deceased), loved her brothers and sisters dearly. May he receive God's abundant blessings, and Rest in Peace.

Ann, Ray , Derek & Judy- So sorry to hear of the loss of your Dad - I always loved to see him-as i parked my car on his footpath- and he always had a lovely smile and a story or two to tell - he was very good too at visiting my mother when she became ill and was being looked after by Sylvia and they were always delighted to see him and hear his stories and jokes- may he rest in Peace with his belowed wife MAY who was also a lovely character - thinking of all the fun and will see you all soon around Cabra as i am moving back-

Uncle Ray was a fun loving Man, on his visits to Kildare to his sister's houses Sheila and Nan, he would tell us loads of stories and make us laugh. We loved to see him all through the years.
