Jimmy in Newbridge in the 1980's when he was so kind to take me to some interviews as I didn't have a car at that time. His kindness and generosity have never been forgotten. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Sympathy to Jimmy’s family & friends .He was a lovely person. Played football with him and used to look forward to meeting him at GAA functions.

I got to know Jimmy during many years when I lived in Clongowes and often came across him at funerals and on other occasions, in Naas and latterly in Staplestown and Cooleragh. I had the highest opinion of him as a priest and a man and - in the name of the Jesuits he knew and cooperated so kindly and gently with in those years, I want to convey my deepest sympathy to the family.
