May God grant Fr. Michael eternal rest after a long and fruitful life of service and commitment. Prayerful sympathy to all the family.
Sincere sympathy to Canon Frank Boyle on the death of Fr Michael SMA. The late Fr James Higgins wrote of him, in Kindling the Fire (2003), "Michael was a strict disciplinarian but he was also very hard working and sympathetic, especially to those in need. Many sick people, invalids, handicapped and catechists who came under his care can never forget his loving help." (page 82).
God rest you Michael.
I am saddened to learn of Fr. Michael’s death today..
Michael devoted his life to ministry on the Missions...just one of a wonderful family who devoted themselves to religious life.
To his brother Fr.Frank, his Missionary Community, and wider family and friends, I extend my sincere sympathy. I also regret that current restrictions prohibit my attendance at the funeral..
May Michael Rest In Peace.
