Deepest sympathy to Fr. John Finnegan and family members on the death of Fr. Tom Finnegan may he rest in peace.
Our love, thoughts and prayers to Rev. Fr. Tom Finnegan's family, friends and parishioners. Father was a gem and true gift to this world. I had the pleasure to meet Father Tom when his duties brought him to my hometown of Las Vegas NV USA back in 2005. He knew how to bring our world to a true peace in his love for our Lord. Father Tom even said the blessing at our life long friends, Mr. & Mrs. Foley 50th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas on the spot, he never hesitated and stepped right up. He was an grand host when we ventured to your beautiful Emerald Isle in 2016. Father loved sharing your amazing history and even showed us the very spot where St John Paul celebrated mass in Dublin. We shall all miss Father and know he is dancing with the angels and has gained his sainthood!
God's continued strength and blessings to you all!
Deepest sympathies are extended to Mons Joe Mc Guinness, Fr Jimmy Mc Phillips and all the Clogher clergy, the family, parishioners and friends of the late Very Rev Tom Finnegan PP, Magheracloone at this very trying time.

May Thomas Finnegan now rest in peace with Our Heavenly Father and Jesus his Beloved Son in Heaven Amen.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Fr. Tom Finnegan, the clergy and parishioners of his parish. I had the pleasure of meeting Fr. Tom in 2005 when he visited my then hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. My husband had passed away the month before and Fr. Tom so graciously officiated at a memorial mass for him. Fr. Tom was a kind, delightful and caring friend and truly a servant of The Lord. I will miss you, Fr. Tom. R.I.P.

While attending funerals in St.Peter and Pauls Church I loved to hear him read some of the lines of Cardinal Newman's prayer about death. It could be Fr.Tom;s Epitaph on his tombstone. May he support us all the day long till the shades lenghten and the evening comes and the busy world is hushed and the fever of life is over and our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us a safe lodging and a holy rest and peace at last. Amen.
