My sincere condolences to Niall's family and to his Spiritan Family. It was with scock that I learned of his sudden death. He will greatly missed in Ardbracken. Always a hearty welcome in An Tóbair from Niall and always his cooking and hospitality was second to none. A man with great conviction and immeasurable holiness. He will be missed by all especially Peter. Defoe wrote, The best of men cannot suspend their fate, the good die early and the bad die late.

Our deepest sympathy to Fr. Niall’s family, to Fr. Peter, and to all the community in An Tobar. Fr. Niall was a truly dear and gentle man, so kind to all our members, who loved him dearly. He celebrated our remembrance and thanksgiving Masses with us, and he also travelled with us on our weekend breaks, celebrating Mass there and joining in the fun. Our hearts are broken, but we will treasure all the wonderful memories we shared. May he now rest in peace and be reunited with his dear Mam and Dad.
