We have just heard about Fr Paddy's death. May he rest in peace.
We came across his 8.15am online Mass in the early days of the pandemic, and attended most mornings. He was most inspiring and it was clear he was well loved.

Fr Paddy was a gentleman to his fingertips. He was wonderful company; full of humour, curiosity and no little mischief. His ministries in Brazil and South Africa allowed his humanitarian zeal come to the fore. He fought the good fight for those in greatest need and he did so with great humility. He will be sorely missed by his family, his Spiritan confrères and those of us lucky enough to know him as a friend and mentor. Rest in Peace Paddy.

to attend / watch mass in the presence of Fr Paddy.
A lovely priest and a lovely person.
Now the best way we can honour Fr Paddy is to live as he bid us at the end of every mass and to
“ Go and glorify God by the way we live”. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
