Very sorry to hear of Fr Moriarty's passing, he was such a big presence, not just in stature. He was our school priest in the 70's and any day that he came banging on the door was a brilliant day. He used to call us "amadáns" and we loved it. He's a core memory from my childhood and communion and confirmation days, such a wonderful man. May his lovely soul rest in peace, condolences to all who knew him and will miss him.

To Bishop Leahy and the Priests of the Diocese.
We got to know him very well over the past 30 years during his time in Adare .
He was deeply involved in our Community,Chair of the Tidy Towns committee for many years.
We have very fond memories and he was so supportive of our family during exam or when the children had tests of any sort .
His prayers had great power as they passed with flying colours always.
He had such wonderful devotion to Our Lady and recited the Rosary before Mass always..
He took such pride in his nieces and nephews and loved recalling his trips with them when they were very young and how accomplished they all are in life .
He will be missed but fondly remembered.
