Richard Anthony (Tony) MEANEY

On behelf of the Rathfarnham Concert Band, I'd like to offer our sincere condolences to Tony's family on his passing. Tony, among his many achievements, was a former chairperson of our Band and contributed significantly to the development of the Band. We are grateful to him for his service to his community. May he rest in peace.

My sympathy to Tony's family. Tony was my first boss when I joined BIM, was always good to work with, and offered much useful advice.

It is with great sadness that I read of Tony's passing. He was one of the very convivial and capable group coming out of the High school in Clonmel in the late 1960's. May he rest in peace.

Tony & I were great friends since school & shared a room in digs together in Galway. He was a wonderful friend & excellent raconteur. Both Deirdre & I have very happy & fond memories of him & looked forward to himself & Pat’s visits. Our friendship endured over many decades and we will miss him. Sincere condolences to Pat & his lovely family. May he Rest in Peace. Sadly we are unable to attend his funeral, but you are all in our thoughts & prayers.
