I had the pleasure of working with Richard when I started my teaching career in Boscos. He was always so kind and went out of his way to help me and all the teaching staff. He had a great sense of humour and the twinkliest of eyes when there was fun to be had. He was a true gentleman.

He was caretaker in our school St John Bosco's Boys' on Navan Rd for several years (beginning in the early 90s) until his retirement. He was a wonderful addition to the staff and school and his caring, friendly, considerate and capable abilities added greatly to our progress. We will always remember him.
