Joan and family, I'm deeply saddened to hear about Uncle Richard's passing. My heart goes out to you all during this difficult time. Uncle Richard's larger-than-life personality and enormous heart touched so many lives, and I have no doubt his memory will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him. I met Richie when he attended computer classes - organised through the Council - which I taught in the Adult Education Centre in Ozanam St. He was a true gentleman, loved music and was always willing to learn and share what he knew with others. May he RIP.
