Richard (Dick) Henggeler

We are saddened to hear the news if Dick's passing. Our sincerest condolences to Eibhlin and family. We met Dick and Eibhlin at the annual Thanksgiving dinner at the Rose Hotel in 2019. They were such gracious hosts and made everyone feel like family. Dick will be missed greatly. Our prayers are with you.

I am so sorry to learn of Dicks passing. I only met Dick for a few days back in 1992 when he and afforded his hospitality at absolutely no notice. I will always be grateful. For the little time I met him he was.such a lovely man. Rest in peace. Thinking of you Eibhlín and family at this tough time.

Dick s passing has left a huge void in our lives..He was a humble,kind, caring,thoughful gentleman who enhanced our lives. Once he met someone he never forgot them and everyone was the same to him.
He was not just my brother in law, he was one of my Best Friends.

We were very sorry to learn of Dick's passing and we wish to offer our sincere sympathy to his wife Eibhlín, son Franz, daughter-in-law Amber, grandchildren and to the extended Henggler and Moriarty families. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. We have very happy memories of visiting the Henggler homestead in 2016, when we holidayed in Maryland with their good friends, Maureen and Mac. May Dick's gentle and noble soul rest happily with his lovely daughters and in the company of the Saints.

What a pleasure it was to have known Dick, through his wonderful daughter Dott. Over the years, Dick became a dear friend to all of the roses and escorts of 2011. He was a man with great honour and integrity and he did so much for Tralee and the festival. Every interaction was such a kind and interesting one, full of witty chat and jokes and always a wise word. You will be so missed by all whose lives you touched.
