Uncle Dick, Dickie Mc will always remain loved by me. His infectious smile and story telling were always part of each visit, from a small girl to our last one in Sept 23.

Dick went out of his way to help an apprentice auto electrician get a start . Taught me so much. You will be missed Dick.

So very sad to hear that Dick has died. A great auto electrician and a true gentleman.
One abiding memory I have is when one of our buses coming back late one night with an electrical problem. Dick came at 2 in the morning and the bus set off for Knock at 6.30am, running a dream.
Thanks Dick for your help throughout the years.

Had the pleasure of knowing Dick as I was serving my time as a mechanic in O'Brien Plant Hire Bishopstown and he was Auto Electrician. A thorough gentleman always willing to pass on information. I still remember things he explained to me about starters and alternators and fault finding on wiring looms. A genius of an electrician.
