I was his helper on the milk float around churchtown all through school 50 years ago. Happy memories.

He was an institution around the club for many years and will never be forgotten by the hundreds of children he transported to their football matches. I was very sad to hear the passing of Dick. Thinking of you all at this very sad time. He was a gentle man. He always had a smile on his face and was always so kind. I have very fond memories of him bringing us to swimming and many trips with summer project. Always running to sit behind him in the front seat. He always dropped me off outside my house on way back from Swimming so I didn’t have the big the walk back from Columbus Road. I think I was his favorite :) He will be sadly passed by all. Rest In Peace.
