I would llike to express my sympathy to Deirdre and Debbie and the whole family connection on Ritchie's death. He was the first person people met on Sunday morning in D C M Abbey Street for forty years and everyone loved his sense of fun especially the children. Their faces would light up when Ritchie greeted them The end of an era John
I was so sad to hear of Ritchie's passing and my apologies for being unable to attend his funeral! He was such an integral part of the Abbey Street Church, with his deep faith which was reflected in his fulsome welcome to all attendees, good humour, practical jokes and his acceptance of late parents and rowdy children! My sincere condolences to Doris, Lettie and the family circle.
We have fond memories of Dick from our time in the Provost's House in Trinity College. Our condolences and sympathies to his family.
