Richard Greene

Richard was such a nice guy even if he was mad busy and you asked him could he help you he still found a way to sort you out. We came into the job at the same time it’s so sad that he’s passed and will be missed.

So sad to hear of Richie's passing. I spent many a year sub aqua diving around Ireland with Richie, and training in the Aer Lingus pool every Thursday evening. Another fond memory I have is of Richie doing crosswords in Swords exchange during lunch breaks..
(He was very good at them).

Over the years from Enniscorthy to Arklow & years later to your new home in Artane Dublin life brought us all in different directions & it ended up we would only meet at our respective Aunts & Uncles funerals thereafter.
We remember Billy & Richard in their younger years cycling down from Artane to Arklow stopping off in Brittas Bay Wicklow for a swim & then a few miles further into Arklow for another swim then a bite to eat & a rest before heading back to Dublin on their Bikes once again.
We hope you all now find comfort & solace recounting all those memories you all made over your lifetime together.
Richard has now reached his final destination & will be reunited with his wife Angela & son Robbie .
May they all now rest in Heavenly peace "Together again Forever .

So sad to hear of Richie's passing. Knew him for many years from Santry Depot and Whitehall Exchange in Eircom, and worked with him in latter years in Swords. He was a gentleman to know and work with.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Richie's passing. We started in the P and T on the same day in 1976. Our paths crossed continuously over the next 40 odd years. He was a lovely guy .
