I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Richards passing.
Richard was such a very kind person to me and so many others in our Active Retirement group. He will be sorely missed. He always had your support and i think the two of you worked very well as a team. I'm very grateful to you both for all your consideration and help over the past years.

Sad to hear of Richard passing.I had many dealings with Richard throughout my Refeering Career and worked with him on various committees and found him to be very honest and straightforward.

Deepest Sympathy to Georgina and family on the death of Richard, i got the know Richard in the early 1990's and he was a fair man to deal with about the game of football in all his capacities be it with Leinster Football League and later on with the Conbind Counties Football league and i was with him when we managed the Leinster Football League Youths team when they were invited to take part in Westphlia in Germany in 1997 and we won the fair play award and also we went with the youths the following year to Denmark with PJ Carey in charge. Two good tournaments that we enjoyed. Richard enjoy the football and he always loved the company of football people be it in Dublin or down in the Midlands Counties. Deepest condolences from Martin, Ann, Lisa, Alan and Emma Moore and also on behalf of Mullingar Town AFC. May Richard rest in peace.
