I first met Dick Power as a 15 year old recruit in 1977. Dick taught us pride in our uniform, our flag and our country and respect for those around us. This he taught not by using his authority but by example. Lessons that have stayed with me and those who served under Dick all our lives. Sympathies to the Power family on your loss. He was a most diligent officer of the FCA, and served his country well as an active and effective member of the Reserve.
