Rest in Peace little man. What you did was beyond being brave, it was pure act of unselfishness. It was an act done with bravery, grandeur which you did with ease; you never taught about repercussions and that makes you a HERO, that's what makes you stand out from the rest. You will forever be remembered by people involved with youth football in Ireland. God Rest Your Soul.
We are very very sorry to hear of Ricky's passing, and will pray for Ricky forever R.I.P.
I knew Ricky since he was 6 , he lived down the road from me and we played football together .I was very upset to hear he passed away .He made everyone laugh and smile in school and he would talk to everyone in his year and make everyone laugh ! He was a great footballer and St.Declans will miss him .

RIP Ricky such a true hero and a class footballer
As a teacher to Ricky, I was shocked to hear of his passing. His cheeky smile and cheerful manner will leave a void on the corridors. His quick visits as he moved from class to class to talk football, and my urging him to get to his next class made me smile every day. He wil be missed greatly.
I don't Ricky but what hero may his soul rest in the arms of the angels
I don't know Ricky but feel compelled to express my sympathy with his family who must be just so proud of him. Such a wonderful young man who saved the lives of two other people at his own expense. I hope his family find comfort in the wonderful times they shared. May his gentle Soul Rest in Peace
