Dear Tommy and family, My most sincere and heartfelt sympathy to you on the loss of your wife and mother. I have known Rita all her life. I grew up just across the fields from the Murray family. Rita and I went to the Annagh girls national school together. We went our separate ways in our teen years but "reconnected" now and again over the years during my visits back home. I really enjoyed her company especially her stories of memories and recollections of our childhood and adolescent years in Barnaboy.She and I could laugh and chat for hours. I cherish a gift she gave me once of a brass holy water font with the celtic cross.It hangs in our family room in Wilton Ct. and I never allow it to be empty of holy water for long. I frequently offered a quick and silent prayer for Rita over the years when I took the holy water from that font. Be assured I will continue to do that as I pray for the repose of her soul and thank God for the blessing and the gift that she was to so many of us. May she rest in peace
