Our heartfelt sympathy to George and the extended family on Rita's untimely passing. Words are totally inadequate at times like this. The only Words that come to mind to describe Rita is Salt of the Earth. It was obvious from our conversations together that she cherished the Earth and nature and all it had to offer. Her knowledge of nature and herbs was second to none. From the time she and George made Moyrush their home she not only became a neighbour but also a wonderful friend. Her passing leaves a void in so many lives that cannot be filled. Perhaps it's appropriate that she is being laid to rest in Bunninadden cemetery where she and my late brother Padraig will be neighbours again not only in this world but in their heavenly home. Our thoughts and prayers are with you George.
