My deepest sympathy to Cathal and to the McMenamin family on the death of Rita RIP. Rita and I were one of a group of families who all grew up together in Park Street. We had a wonderful childhood and I have lovely happy memories of that time as I know that Rita did also. May God comfort you in your loss and give rest to her soul.

Rita, It was a joy to know you and treasure the lovely times we spent together, both in Ireland, Canada, and Mexico. You were the bright light in all of us cousins, and we will all miss you terribly. Thank you for always being so joyful and brightening our lives so much.

We are so very sad about Rita’s passing and thinking of Eamon, Niall and Connor and their families and my Dad Cathal at this sad time. Rita was a fantastic aunt and lit up every room she entered. I will miss her calmness, her sense of fun, her superb wit and company. I have many treasured memories of her. May she rest in peace.
