I'm so sorry to hear of the sudden death of Rita. She was such a lovely lady with a great zest for life. I enjoyed meeting her regularly in the swimming pool. Sincere condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.

I was extremely sad to hear that Rita had passed away so suddenly.I enjoyed many chats over the years when Rita would walk towards you with her little backpack and a big smile to say...
well how are you...

Always interested in other people and never wanted to talk about herself...only recently we chatted about her fall and as she said "bad night" and she called it...anyone else would have described lying on the floor for the night more than a "bad night".

I will never forget Rita who stood at the door of our home house on Florence Road as we stopped with Mums hearse back in October 2012 and did exactly the same for our Dad in February 2024...a tradition she told me after...you should never pass an empty front door....it meant so much to us as a family.

Rita was the nicest lady you could ever meet and just loved her family especially her nieces and their families too...

I am sorry to hear that Rita has died. I usually would see her getting on the bus when I was going to work and she would be doing her volunteering work in dunlaoighaire on Wednesday mornings. I will miss seeing her.

So sad to hear of Rita’s sudden passing. We knew her from many years back in Sunnybank Court and she made us feel welcome right from the start and we still kept in touch afterwards. We always admired her zest for life and will miss bumping into her around Bray and at the pool
