Very sad to hear that Bob has gone. I had many chats and bought lots of homebrew stuff from him over the years. I will miss his conversation and charming personality.
I am sad to hear of Bobs death ,he will be missed at Bantry market ,always a pleasure to meet cheerful and courteous .RIP

My sincere condolences to Bobs family and friends. I knew Bob from the Bantry market and always enjoyed his jolly banter and optimism. A genuine and unique personality. He will be sorely missed. May he rest easy now.

Would just like to say thank you for all the kind words, I keep finding myself coming on here and looking at what random people who I don’t actually know have posted about my wonderful grandfather. As you are all aware he spend he’s later life in Ireland and loved the country but most importantly the people, thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for all your kind words.
So sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. He was a great character and a true gentleman. I used to meet Bob regularly and have great chats. I’ll miss him greatly. Condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace

Bob was a gift, a very happy man, full of good advice and good cheer. He would brighten anybody's day. We will miss him, but will always have fond memories of him. A fellow brewer.

I meet Bob when I was a young boy through my dad and spent many a Saturday morning cycling to his house to help him around his land with jobs! He was a great character and always full of life! Rip Bob x
