RIP Bob. To Mary and extended family there are no words to express how sad I am to hear this sad news. My memories of Bob in his early days in Australia, working in the same office as him at the NSW State Railway and our social get togethers. His Morris dancing and willingness to entertain at the drop of a hat. His lateness for work with his scruffy hair from late nights prior and our silver service morning teas. They were great days getting to know the Jeffrey/Collier partnership. So many Lovely memories Mary for you and your family. Fly high Bob xx

Mary and family, I offer the most sincere condolences from Friends of Ireland Canberra and Canberra Irish Language Association. Bob was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed by all. Bob's love of Irish music was exemplified by his skill on the fiddle, and he had a desire for learning the Irish language, that was demonstrated by his daily lessons in which he attained a high proficiency. Bob was a great mate and one of the best men I have ever met. I will miss very much our regular conversations at the Canberra Irish Club.
