We spent many wonderful years together in primary and secondary school. It feels like only yesterday we were praying in Miss Gray’s class for the safe return of Ben, and making our Communion together at St. Mochta’s. Though it’s been a long time since we last spoke, I remember Robert as a great friend. From what I’ve heard, he went on to become an even greater man. My heart goes out to all the family during this difficult time. The only consolation I can offer is that Robert will not be forgotten by those who had the privilege to know him.
