We were very sorry to hear of Robert’s passing and wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Margaret, Declan, Muriel, and all the extended families.

Robert was a true character — a man of strength and spirit. Whether it was his days in the army, his love for football, or simply enjoying a drink and a good laugh, he lived life on his own terms.

Our families go back a long way, and it’s hard not to feel the loss when someone who was a part of that shared history is gone. Our parents were close friends, and those bonds carry through, even now.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time. May Robert rest in peace — and may the stories and memories bring you comfort in the days ahead.
