I'm deeply saddened by the passing of a true legend and gentleman that Pino was. I have great memories of time spent with Pino and Denise over the years and he was always a gentleman to work with. I'm sure Pino will be up above doing deals with my late father, John. I spent a lot of time with Pino and the Harris family in Phibsboro in the 1960s when Pino was starting off his entrepreneurship.
He was a workaholic and very generous.
He had a great business head and managed to buy the obsolete CIE bus fleet and brought them to Cloghran for dismantling and went on from there.
I have lovely memories of then.
