I am so incredibly sorry to hear of the passing of Rob and I'm thinking of his loving family. He was an amazingly talented and wonderful friend to so many. He truly had such a positive impact on so many peoples lives. Thank you Rob for all the laughs over the years and all the advice in hard times. You will be so missed xxx

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of the devastating loss of Rob. I feel very lucky to have gotten the opportunity to get to know such a kind, creative, talented, compassionate and hilarious person. Rob's talent was boundless and his capacity for creativity was endless. He was charming and humble and such an immensely talented musician. I will always remember the memories I had with him and how effortlessly hilarious he was - he always had me in stitches. A wonderful son, a caring brother and a kind friend.

My deepest condolences to Claire, Dave, Noirin and the entire Kiernan family throughout this difficult time. Rest in Peace Rob.

Absolutely heartbroken to hear of the loss of Rob Kiernan. What a gorgeous, talented, funny guy - I'm so so incredibly sorry, Rob spoke so fondly of his family - I remember that so clear, and his talent and passion for music was so impressive. I'll always remember the laughs and the messin and jokes with Rob at my student accommodation on Clonkeen Road. I'm sending you all so much love and hugs. Emma x

Robert was my nephew. Ever modest,unassuming sincere, anyone who met Robert warmed to him readily. He had a positive effect on those his life touched upon during his own short time among us.
And now his guitar is laid down. Sadly, sometimes the good are called early
