I wish to offer my most sincere condolences to the Moore family over the recent death of Robin this summer. Robin was a very interesting and erudite man to converse with and I always enjoyed his company at all times.

His contributions to the Irish Astronomical Society were many over the years that I had the privilege of knowing him. The legacy of his hard work for the IAS will be appreciated by many of his friends there for many more years to come.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis!

Mo chomhbhrón ort agus ar do mhuintir freisin!
Sincere condolences to Robin's family. He was always a friendly and helpful neighbour. May he rest peacefully, O Cinneide Family, Ennfort Park.
Sincere sympathies to Tony, John and extended family. Robin was a gentle sole and visited mam up to the time of her passing. She always had very kind words to say about him. Rest in peace Robin♥️

Dear John ,Tony and the extended Moore family . Robin was a great neighbour and friend to the OMahony family . Thinking of you all at this sad time.
Robin was a valued member of the Irish Astronomical Society and was one of the few persons allowed to operate the 12" Grubb telescope at Dunsink Observatory on its public Saturday open nights in the September to March season. He also managed the Society’s Library and was a valued colleague. I last spoke to him in June at Raheny when he seemed to be in good form. May he rest in peace
