God bless you Bairbre and your family. Nobody ever thinks that the devil will knock on your door and take your child. I too like many thousands in Ireland am enduring this pain of loosing a young son aged just 27 years old in December 2020. There is no love like the love of a mother for her child no matter what age they are. This life is very cruel and no mother should have to endure this tragedy. Your not alone but this doesn't make the loss of a child any easier its a devastating road and i am so sorry that this earthly world has taken your baby girl. Look after yourself mammy god really only takes the best young. xxx

When I heard about Robin's death, my first thoughts were that her grandad, who only passed away recently, will be there to look after her. It is heart-breaking for someone so young to pass away and I am sure Bairbre and Charlie, and her sister and brother, will slowly come to terms with this tragedy. Bear in mind that she had a great family on her Mam's side, and, equally on the McKendrick side of the family. All we can do is pray for you and be here to support you all. Ar dheis De ar an anam.
