So sorry to hear of Rocco's passing always a kind gentleman to me. Have fond memories of working there when I was a teenager. May he rest in peace.

Cari Maria, Antonio, Aurora e famiglia. Mi e dispiaciuto molto di aver saputo di Rocco. Per me lui era una parte fondamentale della parrocchia di Ballyroan, un elemento essenziale della mia infanzia e adolescenza. Lui ci accoglieva sempre con tanto affectto e pazienza nonostante fossimo piccoli e rumorosi. Lui era un vero gentiluomo. Che riposi in pace. x

Rocco was a decent, kind and caring man. After my father died he called to our house with bags and bags of hot food, and sat with us for a while in the garden. It meant so much to all of us, the Cassidy family of Marian Road.

In fact his link with the parish pre dates Ballyroan, as he was very much part of the Rathfarnham Church community before the building of the church on Marian Road. Very sad to hear of the passing of Rocco. I’ve lived in California for almost 30 years but every time I come back to visit there’s always a trip to Roma to say hello....Last time I got to say hi to both Rocco and Maria. I wish you all love and strength thru this sad time, and I am grateful to Rocco for him being a cornerstone of our community for many years. His smile lit up our childhood. May he Rest In Peace.
