Condolences to Helen and all of Rodgie's family. Rodgie was well known in London GAA circles and spent many years with Robert Emmetts. When I lived in London and said I was from Doon everyone knew Rodgie and spoke about him as a gentleman with a love of hurling. An excellent tradesman and very helpful to our family.

Dear Helen and family,
I was so sorry to hear to hear the sad news about Rodgie. I have not seen him for many years but I have very fond memories of working together with him on so many jobs. We had many laughs together and he taught me so much which has been invaluable ever since. He was always very supportive and I very much value the friendship and experiences which we shared.

Such a sad time and all the Mahers are in my prayers, especially Niall and Mairead who I know so well and who treated me like family when I visited earlier this year. It is tough to say goodbye to a loved one, but God promises eternal life for those who put their faith and trust in him and I pray this gives you peace.
